Personal Touch Bookkeeping aim to provide an efficient and cost effective bookkeeping and administration service with an old fashioned customer service approach. More than just a bookkeeper we aim to take care of your bookwork and office management needs. Allowing clients to get back to what they do best…making money.
Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board and fully insured. We are also a Professional Partner of MYOB, Xero Advisor and use several other well known bookkeeping softwares. Having these memberships entitles us to regular software updates, priority telephone support etc.
We understand that your time is precious and you can’t afford to rule out blocks of your day in order to get your bookkeeping done so we can liaise with you online or onsite as required. Using a variety of software packages and solutions from cloud accounting, your onsite software, or our office accounting software.
Typically, the duties we perform include bank reconciliations, BAS, cleaning up your chart of accounts, Payroll, Superannuation, super streaming and general data entry to name a few. We can also provide you with management reports and lodge documents to the ATO such as Tax File Declarations, Taxable Payment Reports and Payment Summaries online.
Don’t worry if you are new and have none of this, that’s what we are here for. To get you up and running as smoothly as possible so you can get to work.

If you are a business owner, you know that lodging Business Activity Statements takes a high level of knowledge and expertise to make sure all GST etc has been coded correctly and accounted for, so you are looking for a bookkeeper who can competently complete this task. But you cannot choose just any bookkeeper. Before 2009, legislation did not mandate that bookkeepers have certifications to prepare these statements, but now they must qualify as registered BAS agent, be fully insured, and have an active registration with the Tax Practitioners Board.
